Select items are available from the Park Hill line to be drop-shipped directly to the consumer. The following terms and conditions apply to all drop ship orders

• Freight rate will be charged based on the freight zone of delivery address and not where the retailer is located. Please reference the freight map on our website for freight zones.
• A 10% handling fee will be added to all drop ship orders.
• LTL items will be delivered curbside. “White glove” delivery and additional assembly options can be quoted upon request.
• Special requirements such as (delivery appointment, gate code, restricted access, etc.) must be submitted at the time of the order. Any requests not made at the time of the order will be charged to the retailer.
• Oversized items will require customer’s assistance when unloading.
• Drop ship orders are immediate ship only.
• All changes and cancellations of orders must be stated in writing and acknowledged by Park Hill. Order changes and cancellations will not be allowed if the order has been sent to the warehouse.
• The end customer should contact their retailer directly regarding any questions about their order. Park Hill will not be involved in any direct communication with the consumer.
• It is the responsibility of the customer and/or its authorized representative to thoroughly inspect shipments and report any damages and/or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt. Any visible freight damage to boxes or pallets must be noted on the delivery receipt.
• Park Hill reserves the right to add/delete items from our drop ship selection as needed.
• When volume dictates, drop shipment only customers are required to submit orders via our template, which guarantees order accuracy and efficiency.
• You will receive an order confirmation once order is entered into Park Hill system. You must review immediately and report any inaccuracies.  Park Hill is not responsible for order input errors.
• Park Hill requires adherence to a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Select discontinued items may be sold below MAP based on the discounted price paid by the customer to Park Hill.
• Park Hill owns the rights to all photography, company logos and all other intellectual property, and it cannot be altered or modified without prior permission.
